The main bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a window with roller blind, shutter and exterior awning. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and a window facing the terrace.
One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. The second is in the hallway and features a hydromassage bathtub. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided.
A naturally bright living room with Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. A large three-panel glass door opens onto the terrace, with shutters and panel curtains.
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kitchenware. Coffee, some biscuits and basic cleaning and washing supplies are provided.
The terrace offers an outdoor seating area. Next to it, a small enclosed utility space houses the washing machine, with an initial detergent dose provided.
A private parking space is included in the building’s underground garage, with lift access. The garage remote is provided inside the apartment.
