When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we use the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, dates and guest count, to respond and, where relevant, manage your booking and stay. Legally required guest-registration information is collected and submitted to the competent authorities using Raixer.
Enquiries and bookings are handled as pre-contractual steps or performance of the accommodation agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Mandatory guest reporting is based on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
The website form composes a message and opens WhatsApp; the form itself does not submit or store the information in a website database. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. You may also contact us by email.
Mandatory guest details are reported to the competent authorities through Raixer. WhatsApp, email and technical service providers may process data as required for their services. Messages and booking information are kept only as long as necessary to handle enquiries, manage stays and meet legal obligations. Personal information is not sold or used for advertising. Retention within Raixer depends on the service and applicable law.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing vinalopoapartment@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
