Please read these terms together with the rental agreement provided before confirmation.
Bookings and payments. For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, 50% is payable on confirmation and the remaining 50%, together with the security deposit, no later than 15 days before arrival. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, the full accommodation price and deposit are payable on confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or Bizum.
Cancellation. Free cancellation when notified at least 15 days before check-in. For cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, or no-shows, 100% of the accommodation price is charged. If the stay does not begin, the security deposit is refunded in full.
Security deposit. The refundable security deposit is €300. It is paid with the final instalment and returned within 7 calendar days of departure after inspection. Any deductions for damage must be justified; normal wear and tear is not charged.
House rules. Maximum 4 guests. No pets, parties or smoking inside the apartment. Guest identification is required by law. Please leave the property tidy, take out rubbish and run the dishwasher. Use air conditioning and heating responsibly.
Arrival and departure. Usual check-in is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm; check-out is before 11:00 am. Alternative times require prior agreement. Access instructions and codes are sent before arrival.
